By accessing or using the VectOS website and protocol ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. The Protocol (Alpha Software)
You acknowledge that VectOS is experimental software (Alpha/Beta) operating on decentralized networks. The protocol involves emerging technologies including Zero-Knowledge Proofs and blockchain smart contracts.
Risk Warning: Use of the protocol is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any funds lost due to smart contract bugs, network failures, or market volatility.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the security of your private keys and wallets.
- You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities or to exploit vulnerabilities in the protocol.
- You acknowledge that you understand the functionality and risks of DeFi and Prediction Markets.
4. No Financial Advice
The content on this website and within the protocol is for informational purposes only. Nothing herein constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. $VOS tokens are utility tokens for network governance and operations, not investment contracts.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the VectOS Foundation and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the VectOS Foundation is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
